1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that websites save in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), are used to remember information while you browse.
2. What our site uses today
- Session storage (sessionStorage), strictly necessary: it only remembers whether you closed the "Talk to Zayvon" window, so it doesn't reopen on every page. It's cleared when you close your browser.
- CRM form: the "Talk to Zayvon" window loads a form from our CRM vendor, which may use its own cookies needed to submit the form and prevent spam.
- WhatsApp: when you click to chat, you're taken to WhatsApp, which applies Meta's cookie policy.
3. Analytics and advertising cookies
The site currently does not use audience analytics tools or advertising pixels. If we start using them (for example, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel), we will update this policy and ask for your consent before enabling them, where required by law.
4. How to control them
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the site, such as the contact form, to stop working correctly.
