1. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) and, where applicable, the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Swiss law, you have the right to:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
- portability of your data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- information about who we share your data with;
- information about the possibility of not consenting and the consequences of that;
- withdrawal of consent and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
2. How to make a request
Send an email to juridico@agenciaflowing.com.br with the subject "Data subject rights", stating your name, the email or phone number used in your contact with us, and which right you want to exercise.
To protect your data, we may ask for identity confirmation before fulfilling the request.
3. Response time
We respond within 15 days, as the LGPD provides for most requests. For data subjects in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the deadline is up to 30 days, extendable in cases provided for by law.

5. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), or the data protection authority in your own country.
